The AI is trained to fuzzy-match phone transcription to your actual menu. If someone says 'chicken teriyaki' but you sell 'Chicken Dum Biryani', it makes the smart match. It only flags items that are genuinely not on your menu.

How long does it take to set up?

How do I update the menu or prices?
Use the Menu page in the dashboard. You can edit item names, prices, descriptions, and dietary tags. Toggle items on/off when you run out. Changes take effect immediately.
Do I need to train the AI?
No training needed. It knows your entire menu from day one — every item, every price, every size variant. It even knows that your biryanis come with raita and salan.
What about daily specials or limited-time items?
Add them on the Menu page and the AI can look them up. Remove them when they're done. It's as simple as adding a row.
Do my staff need to learn anything new?
The dashboard is designed to be dead simple. Orders appear as cards — staff taps one button to move them through statuses (Confirm, Preparing, Ready, Complete). If they can use a phone, they can use this.

Technical & Security

What if the internet goes down?
If the connection drops, calls fall back to your regular phone line. You never lose the ability to take orders — you just do it the old-fashioned way until the connection is restored.
Will it work with my POS system?
Clover POS integration is on the roadmap for the next release. Currently, orders appear on the dashboard and can be entered into your POS manually. The goal is direct injection into Clover so the kitchen ticket prints automatically.
Is customer data secure?
Customer phone numbers are captured from caller ID only — the AI never asks for or stores credit card information. All data is stored in a secure, encrypted database. We don't sell or share customer data.
Can I see call history and order logs?
Every order on the dashboard is linked to its original call. You can see the customer name, phone, items ordered, special instructions, and timestamps. Full audit trail.
What voice does the AI use? Does it sound robotic?
The AI uses a natural-sounding voice powered by ElevenLabs. It sounds like a calm, experienced phone person — not a robot. Customers often don't realize they're talking to AI.
